The PetroPortfolio 50: Emerging E&P Index is an equal weighted index designed to measure the performance of emerging oil and gas producers through changes in the prices of a cross section of small-cap, North American-traded oil and gas corporations involved in the exploration, production, and development of petroleum and natural gas. The Index was established with a benchmark value of 1,000 on January 1st, 2004.
